Mr. Fruits I wonder if the economist put in weight to falsified VLT gross receipts and revenues allowing the State to borrow more money in Lottery Revenue Bonds (I believe this means over $8 Billion in debt obligations) obtained by falsified VLT net proceeds to sell more bonds. A multi billion dollar annual Ponzi scheme exposed in 2025 after a lengthy and risky investigation. It is not IF I am right, but what happens to Oregon upon it being confirmed by Federal Authorities. Was this economic outcome of no more Lottery Bonds, 1800 retailers having slots removed, and a multi billion dollar settlement for gambling crimes a scenario?

Hi Eric, I appreciate the work you are doing. Would you be open to meeting about Portland with me and a colleague? We're researching ways in which Portland is similar to Minneapolis. Reach me at: terry@betterminneapolis.com
